To our valued customers,

 The Victorian Government has recognised the need to permit routine service and maintenance of vehicles, to help maintain the health and safety of Victorians. As such, we are pleased to be able to offer these services to you again, albeit in a reduced capacity.

 Based on the latest Government advice, as of Monday 21st September, our Subaru Melbourne service departments, with the exception of Subaru Werribee, will once again be open and available to assist with your scheduled servicing requirements. Whilst our operating hours will largely return to normal, we will have a reduced workforce capacity to adhere to Government restrictions and guidelines.

 The Victorian Government has advised that routine maintenance can be permitted under the following circumstances:

  • routine maintenance (i.e. logbook or scheduled maintenance), vehicle repairs, product recalls and critical maintenance where it is required to maintain the health and safety of Victorians; and
  • where service providers are providing support to a permitted service or industry.

 The Victorian Government advises that motorist can travel beyond the 5km travel radius if the nearest mechanic is more than 5km from their home, or if their vehicle requires a specialist and/or brand-specific workplace in order to complete repairs. Authorized Subaru service centres are equipped with specialist tooling, diagnostic equipment and factory trained technicians who are best placed to service your Subaru.

 The health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority and as such, our service department adheres to a COVID safe plan. Supporting this, our service department has the following measures in place:

  • Surface sanitisation for each Service, Repair and Loan vehicle prior to and post function of loan, repair or service;
  • Cleansing of all working surfaces and common areas after each customer interaction;
  • Doubling of sanitation services provided throughout the day to appropriate touch points and common areas;
  • Immediate self-isolation policies for all staff demonstrating symptoms or who have been in contact with any known infected person.

 We will be able to offer loan vehicles (with appropriate sanitization), however our shuttle services are not currently available.

 Whilst we are still temporarily unable to welcome you into our sales showrooms, we remain committed to supporting you both online and via our interstate contact centre.

 Our online functions allow you to browse our showroom and in-stock vehicles, build your new Subaru to your specifications, utilise our finance repayment calculators, value your trade-in vehicle (terms and conditions apply), complete your purchase online and speak to our friendly Live Chat team.

 For those who are currently transacting with us, we will reach out to you directly.

 We understand you are likely to have some questions and our Customer Experience Team can be contacted on 1300 782 278 to assist you

 We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and will let you know when we have new information.

 As fellow Melburnians, our priority is the health and safety of our customers, local community and employees. We look forward to welcoming you back in-store when possible. Until then, please continue to look after the health and safety of yourselves and your families.
